As part of Fahad Bin Sultan University’s keenness to enhance knowledge and transfer global expertise to its students and faculty members, His Excellency the University President, Prof. Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Malkawi, presented Dr. Andrew Eagle to deliver a lecture entitled “Big Projects Management”, in the presence of a group of academics, specialists and students interested in the field.

The lecture covered the most important foundations and strategies followed in managing major projects, the challenges they face, and the best global practices to ensure their success. Dr. Egle also presented a set of practical models and real-life studies of large projects at the international level, which provided the attendees with a unique opportunity to benefit from his deep experience in this field.

His Excellency the University President praised the importance of such lectures in developing students’ skills and enhancing their knowledge of the requirements of the labor market, stressing the university’s commitment to hosting a group of international experts to provide distinguished academic content that enhances the capabilities of students and graduates.
